How do I order door lock from your company?
The ordering process is as follows: first, you tell us the door lock you want to order;
Secondly, if you need us to arrange delivery, we will quote the price and freight; thirdly, after you complete the order, we will issue an invoice for the order; fourthly, you pay a 50% deposit to start production; fifthly, We update the production for you with some pictures to let you know when the order will be ready; sixth, you pay the balance and shipping cost; finally, we deliver the door lock to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer, western union and PayPal. If you choose to pay by PayPal, there will be an additional 4.6% charge for transaction fee. When you place your order, we require a 50% deposit to start producing your order. The balance and the shipping charges are due before we ship your order.
Do your door lock have any warranty?
We assure you that our door locks are made from the highest quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. To demonstrate our confidence in our products, we offer a 2-year warranty against tarnish and factory defects on all door locks. If any part of our door locks becomes defective or tarnishes during this time, we will send a replacement part free of charge.
Can I customize my door lock?
Since we own our own factory, one of our biggest advantages over our competitors is that we can customize almost any model to your specifications. We can change the finish, size or quantity. We can also customize door locks according to your pictures or drawings.
When can I receive the door lock after placing the order?
The total time from order placement to receipt depends on production time and shipping time. Production usually takes 25 to 40 days and shipping time depends on shipping method. Express or air shipping takes 7 to 15 days, sea shipping takes 25 to 60 days, depending on the destination.
How are your door locks shipped?
We strive to ship your door lock as safely as possible. We use foam and other protective packaging materials inside the carton so that when the chandeliers arrive in your hands, they will be in perfect condition. In addition, we will add wooden boxes outside the cartons to provide double protection in these situations
